Viv’s production team has described Sisters as an experimental production. It has a pronounced cinematic feel with more focus on characters and plot. It starts off really well in this sense with a scene where the two sisters, Jo and Kylie, argue with each other the way siblings often do. Jo is upset that Kylie is watching her while she’s getting dressed. Later when it’s revealed that Jo plans to go and see Penny, even though their parents forbade her to, Kylie says to Jo that she will tell them about this.
After Jo has left, a very unhappy Kylie decides to go up to Jo’s room and look through her belongings. She tries on a pair of Jo’s panties, and then lies down on her bed. There she begins to slowly touch herself, and the panties never come off. Kylie then finds the DVD Searching for Silvia in Jo’s drawer, and she says to herself: "Naughty girl..". She pops in the DVD, and as she begins to watch it, the scene ends.
The movie is really good up to this point, but unfortunately the cinematic feel is somewhat lost after this. We do get to see beautiful girls having sex with each other, however, so who am I to complain?
Meanwhile, Jo and Penny have arrived at a party. They’re both a bit drunk, and Penny says she wants to tell Jo something. "You don’t have to say anything back, but I want to tell you that I really like you." Jo smiles and says she likes her too. Penny interrupts her: "No, no, no, what I meant to say is that I *really* like you. Sometimes I want to hold your hand." They both begin to giggle as they take each other’s hands and Penny says: "This is so exciting.". A nervous first kiss follows.
Later in the evening when Jo is in a bathroom freshing herself up, she receives a text message from Kylie who is wondering when she’s coming home. Jo returns to the party and finds Penny in the garden. They’re alone there and they quickly begin to kiss each other and more. Later on they jump into a pool where they continue making out. This was a very nice scene, but it’s a bit too dark in my opinion. I had to adjust the screen caps considerably, and this isn’t something I normally have to do with any of Viv’s DVDs.
Back at home, Kylie has fallen asleep and has a sexual dream about Silvia Saint (the star of Searching for Silvia, which she had been watching earlier). In the dream, Silvia suddenly stands in the doorway, approaches Kylie’s bed, and begins to undress herself. During their lovemaking, Silvia’s face changes into Jo’s a couple of times. Kylie looks very confused when this happens.
Kylie wakes up just as Jo comes back home. Jo, who still feels bad about how she had yelled at Kylie earlier, smiles and says to Kylie that she loves her. Kylie says she loves her too.

Equipo de producción de Viv Hermanas ha descrito como una producción experimental. Tiene una sensación cinematográfica pronunciado con más énfasis en los personajes y la trama. Comienza muy bien en este sentido con una escena en la que las dos hermanas, Jo y Kylie, discutir con ellos la manera hermanos a menudo lo hacen. Jo está molesto porque Kylie está observando mientras ella está vistiendo. Mientras tanto, Jo y Penny han llegado a una fiesta. Los dos son un poco borracho, y Penny dice que quiere decirle algo a Jo. Esta fue una escena muy bonita, pero es un poco demasiado oscuro en mi opinión. He tenido que ajustar las tapas de pantalla considerablemente, y esto no es algo que normalmente tienen que ver con ninguna de las películas de Viv.
De vuelta en casa, Kylie se ha dormido y tiene un sueño sexual sobre Silvia Saint (la estrella de la búsqueda de Silvia, que había estado observando antes). En el sueño, Silvia de repente se encuentra en la puerta, los enfoques cama de Kylie, y empieza a desvestirse. Durante sus relaciones sexuales, los cambios de la cara de Silvia en una pareja de Jo de veces. Kylie parece muy confuso cuando esto sucede.
